Dagley Insurance Agency, LLC (DIA) is an independent insurance agency based in Katy, Texas. Founded in 2001 as an exclusive Nationwide Agency, DIA grew to become the largest Nationwide agency in the United States. Transitioning to an independent agency in 2017, we began collaborating with various insurance carriers to meet the evolving needs of our expanding customer base. In April 2021, Dagley Insurance merged with Fathom Holdings, which also encompasses a mortgage company, title company, and real estate brokerage. As the insurance division, DIA supports these entities by providing tailored insurance solutions to their clientele. Fathom Realty has achieved remarkable growth, now boasting over 12,000 agents nationwide. DIA is licensed in 47 states and D.C. and is eager to form alliances with insurance carriers that can provide the diverse products required to serve our agents and clients effectively. In May 2024, Nathan Dagley acquired full ownership of DIA from Fathom Holdings, while maintaining the robust referral network built over the past three years.
